Natalie at Erinna Jewellery had built her first website from scratch, and despite it being where she wanted it to be functionality wise, she was struggling to convey the quality and vibe of her business through the design of her website. We started from the ground up, with the (Anything but) Basic Branding package to give Erinna Jewellery a brand identity that reflects the products. This package included a new logo and submark, colours, fonts and brand guidelines. I then took these brand guidelines, and used these to update the design of Natalie’s website and incorporate a buyers journey and strategy to help increase conversions.
Natalie designs and smiths all of her jewellery herself using traditional methods and recycled metals. Her products are handmade to the highest quality – but this wasn’t reflected in her website meaning customers weren’t seeing the true value of her jewellery.
Consistency is one of the key markers of a legit, high end brand. I started by creating a brand identity that reflected the values behind Erinna Jewellery and gave a subtle nod to the Greek Mythology that inspires her pieces. I then ingrained this brand identity throughout her website to create a cohesive online presence.
