Hannah came to me having just taken the leap to move her shop into bigger premises, and was ready to level up her website in the same way. Her previous website was no longer serving it’s purpose, with design that wasn’t responsive and functionality that wasn’t quite cutting it. The goal was to create a new website that would reduce admin time by streamlining the delivery and collection process, allow her to sell event tickets, and provide vital information for her customers.

The challenge:

A big part The Flowerchild’s business is local delivery and collections, and Hannah’s current website didn’t have the functionality for customers to be able to efficiently place orders and choose a delivery/collection time and date.

The solution:

Using a dedicated plugin, we configured collection and pickup times which enable Hannah to be able to set up her availability on the back end, and customers to easily choose their dates at checkout. Hannah can access a delivery calendar that easily shows all orders booked in.
